Mark your calendars for the “Third Thursday” of June/July/August for an offbeat mashup of food trucks, live music, and a one-of-a-kind eclectic alleyway market featuring vintage and locally crafted items.

This event takes place on the “third Thursday” of each month throughout the summer at Block 93, right in the heart of Downtown Montrose (Parking lot & alley next to/behind Mosaic)

LOCATION: Block 93 is located at 312 N 1st Street, directly behind stores like Mosaic & Fabula. This is the parking lot between Main & N. 1st, Townsend & Cascade.

PARKING: We encourage alternative forms of transportation or carpooling. If you do drive, we recommend parking in the following two public parking lots:
– The corner of N 2nd & Cascade (75 parking spots & only a 30 second walk)
– The corner of N 1st & Uncompahgre (80 parking spots, EV chargers & only a 2-minute walk)
